Jerry Martinez joined the Amwins family in 2006 and is currently the Director of Marketing. He leads the sales team delivering products and services throughout the exclusive independent agency channel. He and his team focus on direct marketing, agent training, strategic partnerships and client retention. When he is not on his computer, phone or visiting agents, he is spending time with his family, traveling and enjoying nature.

Ana Porry started her insurance career in 1990 working in an insurance agency while completing her Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communications from Florida International University. Most of her time in the industry has been focused on Property and Casualty working with Florida based insurance companies; she joined the Amwins family in 2018 as our Florida Marketing Representative. Ana is inspired daily by her husband William and their three children. In her free time, Ana enjoys cooking, photography and cheering on her kids at sporting events.

Jennifer Scruggs
Marketing Assistant
Jennifer Scruggs has been with Amwins Specialty Auto for 10 years and is currently the Marketing Assistant. She has spent over 20 years in the insurance industry. Jennifer previously owned a non-standard personal auto agency for 11 years with three locations in the Dallas area. As a graduate of Texas Christian University, Jennifer can be found at TCU football games in the fall alongside her Horned Frog husband.
Araceli Hernandez

Araceli Hernandez started her insurance career 22 years ago, working at an insurance agency and holding various positions throughout the industry. She has been with Amwins Specialty Auto for the past 10 years. As a part of the Amwins family, she’s has had the pleasure to work and grow with many of her colleagues throughout those years. When Araceli is not busy appointing agents, she spends her free time traveling, cooking, and trying new experiences.
